Swim Class

Blue Level 5 Swimmers improve technique and add distance in 3 strokes- elementary backstroke, freestyle w/ side breathing, and backstroke. They are also starting to learn breaststroke and butterfly. Swimmers will be adding speed, distance, and turns to their freestyle and backstroke. They will coordinate butterfly and breaststroke. This s a very challenging level, and many swimmers repeat this level once or twice.
