Swim-in Zone, Inc (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://swim-inzone.com & swimwarescheduling.com websites and the Swim-in Zone App mobile application and SwimWare Web Application (the “Service”).

Our Service is not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child(ren) has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
How Do I Access, Change or Update My Personal Information?
If you would like to request to review, correct, restrict or Personal Data that you have previously provided to us, object to the processing of personal information, or if you would like to request to receive an electronic copy of your personal information for purposes of transmitting it to another company (to the extent this right to data portability is provided to you by applicable law), you may contact us as provided below. In your request, please state what Personal Data you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your Personal Data suppressed from our database or otherwise let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your Personal Data. For your protection, we only implement requests with respect to the Personal Data associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion.

If you withdraw from class prior to the start of a session FULL CREDIT for amount paid will be applied to your account. You can use this credit for future lessons, events, memberships or store mechandise.
Withdrawing from class at any time after the session has already started results in a $40 withdrawal fee/student and a charge for all scheduled classes up to the date of your call whether or not they were attended. We appreciate a call if your child will miss a class, but no credit will be applied to your account.
